The air pollution in our country is very serious which has become one of premier factors that prevent the development of cities and the progress of people's living level. Fortunately, according to the characteristic of fuliginous type of air pollution in our country our government has taken corresponding measures, one of which is to advocate gas boilers. As to the small-scale gas boilers because of the change in the mode of heating and the progress of people's living level, they can have good prospect in usage widely. But one of resistances that block the small-scale gas boilers' popularization is that as the gas resource natural gas' price is to high, so if in some places where coal is abundant coal gas is making as gas resource the small-scale gas boilers can be popularized greatly. Our task is to adjust original burners for which gas resource is natural gas to ones which has some heat-load and for which gas resource is artificial coal gas.Firstly, the theories in laminar flow flame transmitting, gas jet current and flame stabilization are analyzed and the process of burning in burners and affected factors of flame stability is acquainted with, which can provide theoretical support to propose reconstructive plans.Secondly, according to the effect of the change in the gas properties on the burning of burners, the possible adjustive measures are analyzed and at the basis of which corresponding alterative plans are proposed. Meantime, steady working condition and optical plan is determinated through the repeating experiments.Thirdly, at the basis of burners that have been adjusted, the design of the wall in the boiler which has some heat-load has been made and assembled charts has been protracted and the products will be made in factory.Lastly, the program for judgment index of coal gas exchangeability has been made which can point out the direct for sample adjustment in burners.
