The consumptions of the power in DengKou have increased dramatically recent years. But in some remote areas, there are more than 1400 farmers and herdsmen have no power to use, which influences their daily life seriously and restricts the economic development. At the same time, being of the poor power net construction, the cost of using power has been raised, the improvement of the agriculture and town enterprises has been restricted and the application of family expense appliance has been limited. In addition, the trees are alongside with the transmission line that influences the green making and destroys the environment. However the plan of migrating 15,000 people to desert also requires the deep study of power supply. This is the demand for the economic development of DengKou, and for the helping poor person. We must solve the problems evoked by poor power net construction. And the country power net remaking focuses on the followings: one is to build new transmission lines and substations, the other is to renew power net and lower loss. As a theme of an engineer postgraduate, it combines with practice closely, whose aim is to optimize the power net construction of DengKou and emphasis is to remake country power net. The particular works are as follow:1. Use the improved gray model method to predict load of DengKou area2. Adopt the integer program method to optimize power net construction3. Study the project of the building and remaking of agricultural cultivation power net4. Study the project of the building and remaking of town power net5. Study the application of the reactive power compensation method using synthetic aim valueThe studies mentioned above have most important guide sense for the country and town power net remaking, which can not only optimize the power net construction, arrange the power source distribution, reduce the loss, lower the power price, improve power quality but enhance the reliability of power supply and lighten the burden of the farmers and herdsmen. And this theme study the optimization of reactive power as well as the compensation of the reactive power.
