Movable teeth transmission, which is used to transimt rotary motion and power between two shifts with same axis, is a new type of small teeth difference planetary gear drive. In comparison with involute and cycloidal planetary gear drives with small teeth difference, the structure of output mechanism for the movable teeth drive is simple due to W output mechanisn. And the bears' working life is longer. Movable teeth drives have many advantages, such as large angular velocity ratio, high transimission efficiency, strong load-carrying capacity and compact structure, etc. The swing-rod movable teeth drive has smaller friction and wear between kinematic pairs, smaller compressive stress between internal gear and movable teeth links, longer working life than push rod movable teeth speed reducer. Compared with eccentric movable teeth drive, the swing-rod movable teeth drive has the advantage of full rotation and the smallness of friction loss. These chatacteristics make the swing-rod movable teeth drive have vast application vistas in industry.According to equivalent mechanism of translating movable teeth, the paper analysize the way of synthesizing the center roller teeth shapes and deduce the equation of the teeth shapes. The method of force analysis is discussed. The equation of forces act on movable teeth are derived, the calculation formula of stress and intensity is investigated. And the change of the curvature is discussed.The optimization design of swing-rod movable teeth drive is discussed. The corresponding optimization mathematical model and method are given. Using the penality function method, the paper solve the all parameters and analysize the relations of the parameters and the efficiency and use the efficiency as the goal function.The exact solid module of the center roller is established with the help of the LISP. Based on the three-dimension modeling software , the visual machine of the swing-rod movable teeth drive is established. And realize the motion simulation of the swing-rod movable teeth drive.The new theory and conception are applied on the designation of the swing-rod movable teeth drive. Improve the old reducer and make it have the more advantages which make it easy to extently use this sort of swing-rod movable teeth drive reducer on market . And application of the engineer of this reducer can be more easier.
