In recent years, underground structures have been utilized widely in energy sources, traffic, communication, city construction, and national defending engineering, etc. As most areas of our country belong to earthquake-fortified regions, anti-seism and security evaluation of underground structures has important academic theoretical and practical value. Project planners are paying much more attention to it.On the basis of relevant boundary conditions and the establishment of reasonable numeration model, this paper analyzes underground structures through utilizing FEM (finite element method). Through research on dynamic characteristic of structure-soil system and influence that structure-soil interaction inflicted on structures, this paper analyzes seismic dynamic response of structures .Furthermore, this article analyzed the comparison of design theory and numeration model is studied in the paper by the comparison of the numeration results and experiment results of the study -out structures. Finally, this paper cites an example to provide the scientific base for the design great-section underground structures. This paper solves engineering matters with the method infinite element method has prominent predominance. Also, this paper studies the amendable methods of dynamic numeration model, and bring forward that optimized method can revise finite element model, while validating the construed results of structural mode is almost equal to true values.Simultaneously, while dealing with the dynamic analysis of the structure, the structure response on double-direction excitation is much stronger than that on single-direction excitation. Because of that, the discussion of structural dynamic response must take the superposition impact of two kinds of single-direction input into account. The ill uniformity of soil stratum distributing has great effect on the transverse displacement of the soil stratum. Underground structures, should have sufficient stretchiness for enduring the displacement of soil stratum, therefore, avoid being cut and destroyed. Under the seismic excitation, so as to monolithic subsidence is easy to occur. Moreover, from the point of the whole structure, the crust and corners of the station are very incidental to be destroyed. As a result, in the course of design and construction, must more attention should be paid to them.
