The Research On Air Traffic Flow Management Strategy Creating System In GuangZhou Area

Firstly, two ways of Air Traffic Flow Management (ATFM) including the ground holding strategy and the terminal dynamical sorting strategy are studied systematically and deeply. The model, optimal algorithm and algorithm parameters setting of the ground holding strategy in the deterministic multiple capacity case are discussed. And the terminal dynamical sorting strategy together with some algorithm of the strategy at present is introduced. Then on the basis of these theories, a synthetical flow management method which combines the two strategies is advanced for the practical situation of GuangZhou area, hi the end, the prototype of GuangZhou area air traffic flow management system strategy creating module is realized. The practical airspace and running data is used in the prototype to check up the feasibility of the mentioned algorithm.
