The vibration of motorcycle caused by inertia force of the machine such as piston ,link and so on which transfer and rotate up and fro is an important and troublesome problem in motorcycle industry by now. JL150 motorcycle shows severe vibration problem, which is more obvious in the range of 3500r/min to 4500r/min.Based on Multi-Body Dynamic theory and vibration theory, this paper applies software ADAMS, UGII ,ANSYS to build the rigid dynamic model and mode integrated model of JL150 motorcycle. Based on the two kind of model, the vibration response of frame caused by the engine vibrating was simulated and analysed at different rigid, comparing the results which indicates that suspension rigid have greater influence on the vibration response of the frame, setting proper suspension rigid can reach a better oscillation damping affection. The paper also simulate the vibration response of frame when suspension point were changed, which indicates, through comprehensive consideration with the mode of frame, that it can get better oscillation damping affection to position the suspension points to the node of mode shape. Based on above analysis, the improved scheme was presented. And the particular analysis on the improved scheme was made considering the actual conditions, which proved that the improved scheme is available. According to the improved scheme and the actual construction of the JL150 motorcycle, the rubber bushing was designed and the vibration test was done, which received a better return to oscillation damping. The research of the paper resolved the vibration problem of the JL150 motorcycle , gained economic benefit in a certain extent, and provided experience and direction for further research.
