| The tooth profile parameters are the important factors affecting load capacity and dynamatic capability of double circular arc gears. Double circular arc gears are the complex spacial helical gear, and the design of the profile parameters is very flexible. Therefore, in this dissertation, it is very important to study the tooth profile parameters optimum on double circular arc gears by means of modern design method and computer technique. According to the effect of the parameters to bending strength of double circular arc gears, this paper applies modern design method such as the finite element method (FEM) and fuzzy optimum method, and so on, to analysis and study further, in order to establish a method of the correct tooth profile by finding the optimum tooth profile parameters.In this paper, the FEM model of double circular arc gears is established by the ALGOR FEAS. The FEA model is generated automaticly by the compiled analysis program. Then deal with it in the FEA program and accomplish the parameterized FEA model. It can be analyzed by FEM efficiently and conveniently on the tooth profile of different tooth profile parameters.Because of the randomness and fuzziness of the design parameters of double circular arc gears, considering randomness and fuzziness of restrict conditions and influence factors in double circular arc gears, adopting fuzzy optimum design method, a optimum mathematical model of the tooth profile parameters of double circular arc gears is established. Some examples and their analysis results are also supplied to demonstrate the feasibility and practicability of fuzzy optimum design. Compare with the common optimum design method it is an improvement and development. |
