Study On Problems Of Environmental Protection In Urban Traffic Planning

The development of the city ties up urban traffic, and the urban traffic has great effect on the urban environment. The urban traffic has made a great contribution to the development of the city, but at the same time it has brought several problems of environment pollution. And among these problems, pollution with tail gas of mobile is most serious. This article analyse the actualities and characteristics of the road traffic system of our country firstly, and try to find out the reason which influence traffic development. Secondly, this article introduces the environment problem brought by the urban traffic, introduces the harm and actualities of tail gas of mobile, current situation characteristic, and analyse the main reason for these problems.On this basis of analyse, in terms of urban planning and city layout, this article puts forward the way to solve the problem of traffic pollution through the adjustment of city layout, the improvement of urban road environment and the construction of urban greenbelt. respect solve countermeasure of traffic pollution. And in terms of city traffic planning , this article puts forward the way to control traffic pollution through the optimization and construction of the system of urban road traffic, the control of traffic amount, traffic separation, the averaging of traffic flow, and the management of traffic flow, etc. And this article table a series of proposals of management about the macroscopical policy system and the technical means to control tail gas. Finally this article analyse some instances about the management of the traffic pollution used for reference.
