During the construction of tunnel and underground engineering, when facing to bad ground, reinforcement steps is often required to preconditioning the grounds. When the excavated area is smaller (Originally the span is bellow 6 meters) and the collapses are in the part cave-in segments, pipe grouting is being one of the preferred schemes Because it takes advantage of simple construction procedure, need little work element construction space, may modify construction scheme in any case of needed.Rely on the pipe itself and grouting, pipe grouting could improve the mechanical property of the surrounding rocks, make the mechanical parameter of the surrounding rock betterment. The material and the parameter of grouting play a very important role in the construction, so it must be paid sufficient attention. The effect of pipe grouting that can be confirmed through situ-testing and laboratory, testing can be represented by the impermeability and intension of surrounding-rock. The procedure includes preparing, boring, setting pipes, manufacturing serous fluid and grouting etc. Finally, according to the practice, the author put the method of pipe grouting into productive practice which includes the application in broken slate, in fragmenting fault zone, in sand seam and in sand-clay blanket, and in dealing with cave-in collapse.Based on the study of predecessors, the thesis integrate the theory in practice to the specific engineering and put systematically study on the system of classification, principles of reinforcement, detection of effectiveness, construction scheme.
