Study On Appearance Of Irregular Construction In Urban Space

In the past,when people were studying the increasingly apparent disorder of urban space due to the illegal construction during the period of the social reformation,they tended to be concerned with the level of management and rules。They were always critical to the disorder。However,in this dissertation,the author believes that the above-mentioned problems will appear only in certain period in the process of the changing of urban space. Beginning with "Anomie",a conception in sociology,the dissertation attempts to deal with the problem from the angle of "Anomie in urban space". Through establishing fundamental theories on anomie of urban space and cognitive pattern of humanities. Proceeding with tow levels,that is inter-value authorities and outer materiel form of urban space,the dissertation discusses the historical conditions,main features,reality reasons and future tendencies of today's anomie building of urban space. Furthermore,it reveals the positive aspect of "Anomie in urban space". Meanwhile,it develops styles and ideas of planning,which are advanced from the angle of avoiding or taking advantage of anomie. At the same time,it provides explanation on some specific examples.Chapter One is an outline of the dissertation. Firstly,it sorts out the related theories which were put forward after the appearance of the concept of "anomie". And it believes that humanity value and humanity spirit are only embodied in analyzing anomie on the actives of the individuality and the meaning of these actives. So after setting forth the construction and usage of Anomie and Code and so on relativities,it advances that "anomie" should be a vision angle in the study of the problems of urban space's change. Secondly,through reviewing several large scale change of urban space happened in history,it reveals that anomie of space is a necessity of history. Furthermore,during the analyzing the process of the type change of the society,it finds out the value tendency of the anomie in urban space.Chapter two focus on anomie itself. It advances several main features of the anomie phenomena of urban space. During the period of the social reformation,the government,capital,professional force and public force act together to influence urban space. Their restriction on one another,which not only results in the appearance of anomie, but also influences its strength and frequency. Based on that,anomie can be divided into form anomie,space anomie and culture anomie.The third and fourth chapters include conclusion and suggestion for future study. The core of making use of and mitigating anomie, which is also the core of this study, is how to construct a process, which is stable, well organized, and legal, and how to maintain the functioning of this process. The dissertation puts emphasis on reviewing urban space design as a process, and advances suggestions which are concerned with the following four aspects: attitude towards anomie (to encourage the citizens to build the city legally and spontaneously); plan on the patterns of designing (network planning); motivation systems (societal capital); and aesthetic judgment on urban space (understanding and interpretation). And several concrete suggestions for future research are advanced in these two chapters.Chapter five selects a typical example in certain aspects for interpretation.
