In the quality detection of electric network,harmonic analysis's processing time and precision and its anti-disturbance performance are important index. The research object of this paper is to shorten the processing time of harmonic analysis,increase the A/D(analog/digital signal) converter's bits and increase the system's anti-disturbance performance.Puring the research of this project,the theoretic arthmetic is firstly renorated so as to be implemented in the HDPLD(High Density Programmable Logic Device)chip. Secondly,the sub-function blocks of FFT(Fast Fourier Transform)are finished in MAX+PLUS II softwareplatform,and each of them has been designed carefully and simulated in the software. On the designed system,make experiments on calculating the harmonics of rectangular wave and power supply signal. The correctness of design is proved by experiments.The whole 128-point FFT system can be integrated in the Altera's FLEX1K100 chip,and the data width is 16 bits.Timing simulation results demonstrate that working frequency can reach 40MHz,and processing time is within 112us.
