And the explicit standards are clearly defined by STCW 78/95 Convention.Radar signal generator is the kernel part in the high-grade radar simulator with true radar display. It generates simulative radar video, trigger, azimuth signal and so on, which display on the true radar screen. Sailor can operate the true radar in simulative sea area environment.After analyzing the radar system, this treatise brings forward base on TMS320C32 radar signal generator. It is composed of the TMS320C32 system and the interface with true radar display. It is a comparatively independent radar signal generator system. In PC assisting, it can real-time generate radar video signal which display on real radar screen. It adopts the special arithmetic that generates a point by intersecting of two beelines. There isn' t defect such as generating the radar video by table look-at bitmap. The radar image is more verisimilitude, and it is better to simulate sea echo suppression, anti clutter rain, etc.
