| In this thesis,precasting and erection techniques and static load test of 40m PPC box girder of Wuhu Yangtze River Bridge are introduced systematically .Also,The designation and manufacture method of a new style bridge girder erection machine is presented. Especially,Some new advanced techniques such as integral casting concrete,integral sliding formwork are firstly applied in this project in China. A new style bridge girder erection machine which can lift a piece of box girder weighting 300 tons once was designed and manufactured successfully. All these will give some new viewpoints and useful to other similar projects. |
