Precasting And Construction Techniques Of 40m PPC Box Girder Of Wuhu Yangtze River Bridge

In this thesis,precasting and erection techniques and static load test of 40m PPC box girder of Wuhu Yangtze River Bridge are introduced systematically .Also,The designation and manufacture method of a new style bridge girder erection machine is presented. Especially,Some new advanced techniques such as integral casting concrete,integral sliding formwork are firstly applied in this project in China. A new style bridge girder erection machine which can lift a piece of box girder weighting 300 tons once was designed and manufactured successfully. All these will give some new viewpoints and useful to other similar projects.
