The Turbine's Uncertainty Of Measurement-detection And It's Research Of Computer Realization

In the paper, we systemally analysised the basic theory and method of the uncertainty, and researched the detection methods and uncertainty analysis of the measurement standard apparatus and important parameters in production process, which is necessary in turbine production. Also we brought forward the structure and technique of the computer realization based on the uncertainty quality information. And we developed the uncertainty software, which is applicable for the practice in works.Beginning with the relationship of the measurement-detection's uncertainty and quality management, we formulized the importance of the uncertainty's application in the modern quality management, the incountry and overseas synopsis of the uncertainty theory research and application, the uncertainty's basic theory and assessment methods. According to the turbine production practice, we made the example analysis to the measurement of the measurement standard apparatus and important parameters in turbine production process. We closely made out the methods of the measurement-detection. Additionally, we raised the new measurement methods to some parameters and the usage of the neural network to found the mathematics model for the difficulty problem. At last we evaluated the uncertainty completely and correctly. By the way, we developed the systematical software of the measurement-detection uncertainty, which is mainly used in the uncertainty evaluation of the parameter above, to simplify the operation process, lower the work intensity. In this way, we apply the uncertainty theory to the turbine trade.The unification of the evaluation and expression of the uncertainty worldwide, makes the importance of the results of the measurements in science, engineer, commercial, industry and management easy to be understand and illustration, and by this way, the results of the measurements of the different country can be compared. The measurement uncertainty is the index of assessing measure level, the reference of determining the measurement results' quality. It's affect to the scientific research, production, trade and international technology intercourse is extremely great, which possesses the practical and important meanings.This research is useful for the science, production and management of metrology, measurement, quality, standard and so on.
