This paper is concerned with the evaluation of seismic capacity of prefabricated prestressed concrete skeleton structure ( IMS System) .The elasto -plastic time-history analysis and the push-over analysis are performed for this purpose. In order to promote the IMS system's use in the area of high seismicity, systematically research has been made to study its dynamic response and damage mechanism under horizontal seismic action.Firstly, the constitution and characteristic of IMS system's is introduced. And the state of art is summarized. Then the shock table test for a l/2.7scale model of the very system performed by the Institute of Yunan Province for Earthquake Engineering Research is presented in detail.Secondly, the push-over analysis is for the three-dimensional solid element model and the plane beam element model. The total shearing force-lateral displacement curve can be obtained from it. And then the total shearing force-lateral displacement curve is converted to pseudo acceleration-period curve and some comparisons are made between the pseudo acceleration-period curve and design response spectrum. So the seismic capacity of this system can be evaluated. The time-history analysis, as another method, is applied. Four records with different earthquake magnitude, epicentral distance and spectrum ingredient are selected as the seismic input. The result of it compared with the result of test and spectrum analysis.Lastly, on the basis of analysis result the conclusion is drawn and the recommendation and perspectives are put forward. |
