Taking account of the tunnel engineering,the steel fibre reinforcing concrete (SFRC) was discoursed upon the specialties,design,construction,quality detecting and the application.The paper introduced the SFRC's concept,significance,application in the tunnel engineering and foreground. Regarding the SFRC as the major studying object,the paper expatiated on its support mechanism and specialties by theoretic analysis and experimentation which base of the characteristic of tunnel construction. In the same time,the basic methods of design,production and construction of SFRC in the tunnel engineering was discussed. In addition,the author presented quality detecting of SFRC in the tunnel engineering. Finally,systemic technology of design and construction of SFRC in tunnel engineering,by the example of Gao Niangou tunnel,which located at Xi 'an-An kang railway,and where SFRC was used as permanent lining,was discussed.By experimentation and theoretic analysis,the improvement of bend strength strain and press strength of SFRC,overcoming the fatal weakness of concrete which was fragile and prone to fall to pieces,was accepted. In addition,steel fibre improved the destroyed form of concrete,which convert form elasticity to elasticity-plasticity. Otherwise,the advantages that SFRC can absorb greatly energy of deformation advanced its support effect. In the same time,with improving rupture strength,the capability of preventing-rupture of SFRC was boosted up. Finally,the support system of SFRC has greatly remained strength,which made a significant contribution to improve the security of support and repairing of destroyed support. The paper considered that SFRC with extensively foreground,have aroused a reform about tunneling security and quick excavation. |
