By experimental research of sixteen reinforced concrete beams, this thesis validates the feasibility and efficiency of the method strengthening RC beams by gluing angle steels, and the calculation formulas of the bearing capacity of normal section and short-dated rigidity of beams are deduced. In this experiment, some conditions, such as the strength of concrete, the area of angle steel, ends of the steel and modes of loading are considered, and the influence of them are analyzed. The results show that the strengthening method is not fit for RC structures made of low-strength concrete(C15). Then, by analyzing the extensive test data of load-displacement and bear-curvature, we can conclude that the crack resistance, bearing capacity of normal section and short-dated rigidity will be improved a lot when the strength of concrete is not so low.At last, by learning and making use of formulas of the bearing capacity of normal section and short-dated rigidity in some domestic and overseas concrete construction standard and technological research achievements, the calculation formulas are proposed. It was analyzed and validated by the nonlinear finite element program-ANSYS. The assumption in this paper are approximately according with present code, and the calculated results agree with experimental results very well. Because of limited experimental range and collected data, some parameters should be revised. |
