Study And Exploration Of Jinhong's Modern Architecture

Today, modernization process rapidly exploded the timewom and conservational conception. However, it also dissevered the dialectic connection between building and given place built in last thousands years. A sense of site and belonging is on the wane. Our ideology of architecture design is in an all time disordered moment. In view of this, we must pay attention to the regional relationship between building and its location in a calm and sane attitude.Xishuanbanna is the Dia people habitat. There are full of ethical endemic and regional culture. As the capital of the municipality, Jinhong became its modem architecture regional research from 1980s'.In the last 20 years' construction; there were a great number of modem buildings that have some outstanding regional characteristics. However, they were lack of a systematic and deep analysis.This thesis is base on the surveying of Jinhons' building, and the dissertation chooses nature, culture and technology as three wedding points to discuss the connection between special region modern architecture and the regional holistic condition, and to seek after the method of "Modern architecture localization and Vernacular architecture modernization".
