| The thesis puts forward the method of fault diagnosis and condition monitoring of hydraulic system for the first time which is based on the theory of power flow after studying all kinds of methods on this question and comparing features of these methods.Through mathematical describing of power distributing and loss, etc. of hydraulic system, the author puts forward the method of confirming condition monitoring of hydraulic system which needs only less or even the lest points of monitoring and applys to fault diagnosis and forecasting.At the same time, basing on garaphics theory and information theory describe fault transmission relation and calculate to acertain how much information the sourses of faults need. Through diagnosing of information functions, we can get the same conclusion as the former method.At the end of this thesis, the author experimentalizes to validate the system of hydraulic pump-motor. Through choosing sensor which applies for computer monitoring and diagnosis, the method in this thesis was verified the validity. In conclusion, the method of fault diagnosis and condition monitoring of hydraulic system in this thesis has great practicability and value of generalizing. |
