The Diagnostic System Of The Metal Of The Boiler's Headers Of Superheater And Reheater

This paper discusses life-wastage of creep-fatigue for headers of superheater and reheater and algorithm of this two kinds wastage. Based on these theories, B-P neural network with self-organized function has been introduced detailedly to calculate the fatigue wastage. At the same time, the paper introduces the calculation method of stress. The emphases has been put on calculation of the points with concentrate stress. Meantime, according to the situation of surface and non-line relation between stree and strain , it modificates the method .
