| Introduced the present situation of reinforced concrete structure and effective engineering quality accidents all over the world and pointed out that there were many problems of the present methods on resolving these questions, such as outdated technology, long-time consuming and excessive expenditure of labor and wealth. Expert system was a new method, which was only created in recent 50 years, to solve engineering difficulties. Method based on expert system was applied in resolving engineering quality accidents, also the storage frame model and related reasoning system was set up. Established the analyzing and resolving repository of accidents of reinforced concrete cracks and realized analyzing and resolving the crack accidents automatically through programming.
