| This paper presents an inductive power transfer technology. It's a novel inductive power transfer that deliver power from stillness apparatus to moving electrical apparatus. This technology is based on power electronics and electromagnetic induction, and realized by applying modern control theory. In this paper, to reduce the volume and weight of the system, this system employs high-frequency converting technology and supplies power to the electrical apparatus. Because of no contact and friction, damage to the apparatus may be decreased and the spark may be ignite will not be appeared. Potential applications are the rising power delivery for high-speed electric locomotive and electric vehicle. It can also be applied to chemical industry, mining and other inflammable fields.By studying the theory and method of realizing inductive power transfer for moving electrical apparatus in detail, this paper designs the phase-shifting full-bridge series resonance converter. This paper analyzes the operating principle of converter in detail, and designs the main circuit and the controlling circuit of the high-frequency converter, and obtains the waveform of the simulation. The waveform observed in the experiment proved the feasibility of this design project.This paper gives a systematic analysis of the shift-winding transformer and deduces the mathematical model, presents optimum designs. |
