The Model And Application Study Of Dam Type Optimum Selection On Hydro Centre Project

ABSTRACT Throughout analyzing multi-influence factors on dam type selection, a hierarchical model of dam type optimum selection is built. The model contains many influence factors and can be used in many cases. The grey relational comprehensive assessment is used in solving this model. At the same time, the fuzzy optimum selecting theory is also used to solve the model of having different hierarchy sub-system. As for the problem of changing qualitative influence factors into quantitative influence factors, a new statistic method is applied. This method is good at connecting subjective evaluation and classics statistic. For different influence factors having different weight, the hierarchical model can make the problem of defining weight easier. Seeking counsel on expert and advanced Analytic Hierarchy Process method are applied in defining weight. The model of dam type optimum selection is applied in deciding the type of Qiafuqihai dam. The grey relational comprehensive assessment and the fuzzy optimum selecting theory are all used in solving the model. And the same results are gotten.
