Dynamic analysis and optimization of structure is a new important task in the field of engineering research today. In this paper, the research of structural dynamic characteristic analysis and optimalclynamic characteristic topology design based on probability on continuum is tentatively presented. Considering the randomness of physics parameter (density and elastic module) of structural material, structural dynamic characteristic based on probability is analyzed taking plates as example. Based on theory discussed above, dynamic characteristic optimal structure mathematical model based on probability is built. Where structural shape topology information of plate is taken as design variable, minimum of structure weight as objective function and meeting reliability requires of several frequencies as constraints. Simultaneously evolutionary strategy is adopted in the optimal design. In the optimization, distribution function method and safety coefficient method are individually used for displaying the reliability constraints in the structural model, So the constraints based on probability in form are changed into convention constraints in form. Several numerical examples of dynamic characteristic analysis and optimization are presented to illustrate the correctness and efficiency of mocfrj?of dynamic characteristic analysis and optimal model built in this paper with reliability constraints on dynamic characteristic, and some meaningful conclusions are obtained.
