The establishment of Chinese music aesthetic conception, which contains a unique way to create and practices in the long process of development, always has a distinctive inheritance and creativity. Its particular beauty and the blend of emotion and situation lead to its unique status in the domain of art. Therefore, the research of music on classical garden mood of time and space, creation of aesthetic images has the capacity to supplement, extend and deepen the music function and inspire and innovate music aesthetic and the intrinsic meaning, meanwhile, the research has a certain theoretical and practical significance in exploration of Chinese classical cultural treasures, guidance of garden construction, heritage of motherland culture and the cultural conception of that man is an integral part of nature.Chinese music structure is built up under the guidance of traditional Chinese culture philosophy that "Man is an integral part of nature" combined with Confucianism, Taoism, Buddhism and the experience of humanities aesthetic care by the art of poetry and painting. By the 19th century the landscape design development hitherto, has been based on the visual arts as a starting point design, and our perception of the landscape is a comprehensive experience of the five senses. In this paper, the core is not concentrated on the physical properties of sound, but to express the harmony between the intrinsic emotion and the object ecological environment, thus achieving the overall beauty of the landscape art of the highest pursuit. In this thesis, appropriateness for garden temporal mood music applications, as well as the psychological characteristics of tourists, creation of garden aesthetic pattern, the meaning and effect which tourists’ appreciation, feeling and inspiration to object environment are discussed and lay a foundation for subsequent research.Firstly, this thesis described the application to the garden music research areas and features and traces its course of development at home and abroad. Second is reinterpretation of Chinese classical garden music and summation of soundscape. sound as well as image, music and environment, the navigational design method of creation of tourists’aesthetic imagery. Meanwhile, it took the Slender West Lake Park in Yangzhou as an example which integrates Chinese classical garden theory and music theory in the form of a high degree of abstraction features to re-understanding, re-design, highlighting the role of function, role, value, significance music played in when tourists are amusing and visiting.
