In this paper, a flexible high-speed transmission mechanism as the research objects. Study the dynamic characteristics of flexible high-speed transmission mechanism by using Virtual Prototyping Technology. The simulation results verify the feasibility of this project.First of all, the paper analyzes the design requirements of flexible high-speed transmission mechanism. Put forward the combined design scheme that consists of circular storage module, straight line transmission module, sector transmission module and flexible reverse module. Analyzes the Polygon effect of the flexible high-speed transmission mechanism.Secondly, using the SOLIDWORKS software to establish three dimensional solid model of the flexible high-speed transmission mechanism. Based on multi-body dynamics theory, establish the simulation models of each transmission module. Using the ADAMS software to simulate the model under different speed. Through the analysis of simulation results verify the feasibility of this project.Finally, based on the simulation results, using the ANSYS Workbench software to simulate the key parts of flexible high-speed transmission mechanism. Check the strength and rigidness of these parts and verify the reliability of the mechanism.The simulation results and research methods of this thesis have some reference value for designing and structure improvement of the physical prototype.
