Hydraulic systems are widely used in military engineering. Dedicated testing equipments are needed for performance monitoring and testing of hydraulic componments in daily use, after maintenance and before acceptance. But most of the testing products are designed for certain hydraulic componments, there are few testing equipments are designed for hydraulic components used in military engineering equipment. An integrated hydraulic testing system is proposed in this paper based on the exits testing equipments in the world, which can be used to test different kinds of hydraulic components. This integrated system is easy to use and with high reliability, which can help to improve the maintenance efficiency of hydraulic systems.In this paper, the theory of various kinds of hydraulic components testing is analized, and the keypoints in designing is presented, then indicators of different kinds of hydraulic components are defined.Which provide theoretical foundation for the design and manufacture of hydraulic components. Then, the overall design of this integrated hydraulic testing system is presented, the related demands and indicators to be tested are also studied. Thus, the basic structure and technical indicators of the system is determined.Intensive design method is used to meet the requirements of the integration test. An frequency converter is employed to driver the hydraulic pump in this test. As the hydraulic pump works as oil source when testing the hydraulic motor, hydraulic valve and hydraulic cylinder, the number of the system components can be greatly reduced. Moreover more testing functions are achieved with smaller size.By taking the advantages of the CAT, especially for use of LabVIEW, Data acquisition card, PLC, automatic testing can be achieved, the efficiency and precisionare also greatly improved. The operating interface developed with LabVIEW is intuitiveand easy to use, which can help to decrease the demand of workers and improve the applicability of the testing system.A fault diagnosis method based on envelope spectrum analysis and Gauss RBM is proposed to guarantee to realibity of the testing system. By taking the rolling bearing as a test object, the practicability of this method is verified after the collected data are analized and compared in MATLAB. The reliability of the testing system is verified by the fault diagnosis of the rolling bearing of the piston pump.Through the availability, reliability design and analysis, the performance of the integrated testing system is verified and the expected goal is also achieved.
