In the 10kV distribution network with the small resistance grounding mode. There are many kinds of grounding faults, and the misoperation of the demarcation switch controller in the operation process is also need to be solved. The traditional boundary switch controller and intelligent degree is low, products of different manufacturers often use a proprietary communication protocols, interoperability is poor. EC61850 standard provides a unified communication standard for distribution network power equipment.This thesis focuses on how to develop a new type of switching controller which is in line with the IEC61850 standard, the main works are as follows:1. A modified scheme of zero sequence protection based on the fundamental amplitude variation and separate timing for different faults is put forward. In order to solve the misoperation of zero sequence protection, after the theoretical analysis of the lOkV single-phase grounding fault and the misoperation of the zero sequence current protection of 10kV distribution network in a certain area. A new protection setting scheme is proposed by this thesis. Each failure is independent by the new scheme. Amplitude of fault current and fault time of each fault is judged alone. Using MATLAB to build 10kV distribution network model for simulation and verification.2. According to the IEC61850 standard, the standard model of lOkV demarcation switch is modeled, and then introduces the standard communication service. In this thesis, the function of the lOkV demarcation switch controller is decomposed into the corresponding attributes and services; uses the object-oriented modeling technology and defines the information model and the method of describing data objects. And then designs the communication mode conforms to the standard.3. The software and hardware design of lOkV switch controller. According to the results of theoretical analysis, modeling and simulation, the hardware design of the controller is put forward, and the design of each sub module is divided according to the function of the hardware. The processor module design applied DSP and arm, dual processor mode. According to the function, the acquisition module and man-machine interface module are designed; According to the communication services designed based on IEC61850 standard, the configuration of the network interface module. Finally, in the software design part, with the main program as the core, supplemented by the various parts of the subroutine, complete the 10kV demarcation switch controller software design.The study proposed the new protection setting scheme to solve the actual problems, and provide reference for the application of IEC61850 in distribution network.
