On the basis of the reconstruction of the traditional,many companies began to try new measures to saving energy and reducing emissions.In both efficiency and the environment, this article describes application and research of enzyme in plant is based on the experiment of power plant.In this paper, the application of enzyme technology in coal-fired power plant as the leading factor, to establish the application of enzyme technology in coal-fired power plant test model, to test and analysis the data after using of enzymes.Based on the burning testing and coals testing, improve the test condition and get a large number of relevant test data, and establish the related model of enzyme using, reveals its inherent law.At the same time, to analysis and calculate the coal-fired power plant boiler thermal efficiency and exergy efficiency in the use of enzymes before and after, to find the enzyme used or not on the influence law of main power plant boiler thermal parameter, and carries on the regression analysis, put forward the improvement measures related to energy conservation and emissions reduction.On the basis of the test model and experimental data, the calculation and analysis the application effect of enzyme in coal-fired power plants, and to lay the foundation for future study. |
