Research On Spatial And Temporal Data Modeling And Application Of Rural Road Custody System

Rural highway is an important part of China’s Highway network, accounted for more than 70% in China’s Highway network is rural highway.the rural road running conditions directly affect the people’s livelihood. Currently most provinces and regions building their rural highway maintenance management system based on GIS, and have achieved some positive results. However traditional GIS only consider two dimensions of space and property, while a important thing in the field of road management and maintenance, time dimension, cannot be expressed well, demand for time dimensions contribute to the occurrence of temporal GIS and quickly become a research hotspot.so current every rural highway Management Sector needs a new generation of rural highway maintenance management system based on temporal GIS, while the core of temporal GIS is spatio-temporal data model, so researching Spatio-temporal data model of highway maintenance management system in rural areas has the theoretical and practical significance. The main work and conclusions of the paper are as follows:1.Summarized and Researched the main characteristics of spatio-temporal data model and insufficient, focus on the insufficiency of the existing model, gived out a model which apply to rural highway maintenance management system-Object-oriented model of base state with amendments.2.Analysed the key issues spatio-temporal changes, linear reference and dynamic segmentation in Spatiotemporal modeling, Improvements to Ahmed Dokhi state correction model are analyzed in detail. Buildding Object-oriented model of base state with amendments On this basis. Designed the data structure of ground state and different files. Gived the data store and update methods in rural highway changes.3.Based on this’s paper spatio-temporal data model, designed logical structure, physical structure and organizational structure, Biludding the spatio-temporal database in File Geodatabase combined with rural highway Management data, the spatio-temporal database includes the process database, history database and current database in three parts, effectively reduces data redundancy and temporal complexity of the operation.4.Based on spatio-temporal databases, With ArcGIS Engine 10.0 as a develop- ment platform, In Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 using C# language design and development the experimental data of rural highway maintenance management. Achieved spatio-temporal queries and rural highway’s history status data back track. Texted the applicability and reasonableness of spatio-temporal database and spatio-temporal data model in this paper.
