Energy crisis has always been concerned by the world, and the energy consumption of each year, lighting accounted for 40%-60%, with the progress of science and technology, energy saving LED lamp has become the first choice, but the main problem of LED adjustable light power exists, power factor low, circuit efficiency is the main problem, so the circuit design, stability, high efficiency LED drive power is the hot spot for scientists. In addition, it can meet the high precision of the digital high precision set brightness and the lamp, is the main direction of the development of LED lamps.In this paper, a complete set of digital drive system is designed, which is based on the practical requirement of LED application in home and large conference room, and the design and optimization of the LED driver is designed. Firstly, several types of drive power supply are analyzed, and the structure scheme of the driving power supply is designed. Secondly, the control scheme of three kinds of modulation is analyzed. According to the requirement of digital controller and power supply, the suitable STC12C5A60S2 chip is selected as the core chip, which can be used for precise digital control, and the control mode of short distance wireless and long-distance network is arbitrary, and the power supply controller is more intelligent.In the whole design and experiment process of the system are carried out the electromagnetic compatibility analysis and design. This paper analyzes the EMI characteristics of LED driver power supply based on PWM, and puts forward the design principle of LED driver power supply based on PWM. The device selection criteria of digital LED drive system is proposed, which provides guidance for the design of similar systems. Through continuous optimization system, the feasibility of the digital drive system is determined, which provides a relatively new design concept for the future digital system design.
