As a new generation of lighting source, LED has the advantages of low power consumption, long life, energy conservation and environmental protection. Different from the traditional light source, because the electrical characteristics of LED, which needs a stable DC source as the power supply. At present, because of its small size, high efficiency, low cost, SMPS to be generally accepted LED drive power supply.With the development and popularization application of LED lighting technology, the market demand of LED drive power supply is growing.Under the condition of LED driving, combining with the current emerging technologies such as iot and smart hardware, developing a new type of smart digital power is a hot spot in the field of power supply.On the background of the application of LED lighting, through analyzing the traditional switch mode power supply technology, put forward to make MCU as the control unit of digital LED driver.Different from traditional control mode using integration chip, in this design the MCU output PWM wave to control the power MOSFET in the circuit, sampling the output parameters through peripheral detection circuit, and through the program to realize feedback compensation control. Through the built-in comparator and external interruption, and AD converter control timer restart function to realize the PFC of critical conduction mode, without the need of a special IC for PFC control. Due to the MCU provides control signals for both load and PFC circuit, allow to prejudge the load changes so that make PFC circuit power compensation, improving the efficiency of the whole system. At the same time, by means of communication and sensor, it can easily achieve intelligent network control, can combine with smart home system.Through the design and test of the hardware circuit, writing and debugging the software program, the overall system-effect meets the design goals, achieving reliable drive and control of the LED, system stability and excellent performance, laid a good foundation for the following research and production.
