Solar energy is a clean renewable energy, the solar energy resources in Yunnan province is next to Tibet, Qinghai.Solar power is conducive to the protection of ecology. Sunshine is sufficient in the Jinsha River valley of northern Yunnan, which has good conditions for the use of photovoltaic power generation.The electrical design scheme of different photovoltaic power station has a great influence on the power generation efficiency, especially the design of photovoltaic array, and the problems in the design phase will bring many difficulties to the subsequent engineering construction and operation of the grid.The in Yunnan Province Zhaotong City Xin Jie 20MWP photovoltaic power plant electrical design project as the research object by performance of the solar cell module selection, the parameters of photovoltaic grid connected inverter put forward specific requirements; through technical and economic comparison, to determine the PV array bracket; through different installation angle corresponding to the amount of the monthly average solar radiation measurement to determine the best angle. Through the optimization design of the sub array of PV array, the layout scheme of the PV array is determined.This paper has deeply analyzed the local power grid planning in the near future, power load demand forecast and 35kV distribution network status, on Xinjie photovoltaic power station access point and the access mode were selection. For the photovoltaic array collector line scheme is optimized. The equipment layout, cable laying and lightning protection grounding technology measures of the plateau mountainous area are discussed, and the performance parameters of the main electrical connection and power distribution equipment are determined. The basic functions of the monitoring system, protection measure, communication and dispatching automation system are studied, Technical requirements for the layout of the secondary electric system are presented.In the future, it will continue to strengthen the design and optimization of photovoltaic array according to the problems encountered in the field, and make efforts to improve the efficiency of photovoltaic power generation system. Further strengthen the research of the field monitoring system to ensure the safe and stable operation of photovoltaic power station.
