| Household air conditioners are very important for people’s lives,has become an indispensable household appliances. Household air conditioners have accumulated decades of technology, but people grasp too little air conditioning technology, the study of compressor production 〠frequency control 〠heating and cooling capacity and human-computer interaction is not technically thorough. In order to improve the cooling and heating performance of air conditioner cold under harsh conditions, and improve people’s production and living environment, the paper researches the intermediate gas supplying household inverter air conditioner,the study contents as follows:Take a detailed theoretical analysis of the intermediate gas supplying household air conditioner, a mathematical model is suitable for the intermediate gas supplying heat pump system. After analysis and calculation of the intermediate gas supplying air conditioning refrigeration cycle shows that heating capacity of the intermediate gas supplying capacity air conditioning system will be improved.Through fluid simulation software FLUENT,the important components-flash components of the intermediate gas supplying air conditioning system were simulated.Considering the size affects the level of throttling the refrigerant entering the flash evaporator status and flash effects, thereby affecting the whole refrigeration cycle system, three different gas volume fraction of two phase refrigerant are simulation analysised.Take experiments on the intermediate type of household air conditioning system for low temperature heating and high temperature cooling, the experimental results show that at the-20℃~-10℃ low temperature environment, the system still has a high heating capacity and heating temperature, can meet the cold winter heating requirements. At40 ℃~50 ℃ high temperature environment, the system can still be normal refrigeration,and effectively reduce the exhaust gas temperature, the refrigeration can stable operation,the intermediate gas supplying solution could be considered in the use of new environmentally friendly refrigerant R32 air conditioning system.Take experiments on the form of the secondary throttle for the intermediate type of household air conditioning system. Eventually fully weigh the performance of air conditioning under different low outdoor temperature conditions, the 1.8mm diameter200 mm long capillary of the best heating capacity when the outdoor temperature is-7 ℃as a secondary throttle. Experiments show that first throttle as the main throttling in the intermediate gas supplying air conditioner system, play a decisive impact on the exhaust pressure and exhaust gas temperature, has little effect on the middle pressure, and the range of electronic expansion valve opening is wide; secondary throttle for the aid throttling,have a decisive impact on the intermediate pressure,the range of electronic expansion valve opening is narrow. |
