With the rapid development of space technology and information technology, the spacecraft has a pivotal role in future wars, space scientific experiments and other tasks, but due to the weight, volume, clean, new flight, the reliability and security of other factors strict control, China’s spacecraft power lithium batteries, solar cells and combined mode power mode can not meet the requirements. Therefore, on the basis from the United States, Russia and ESA power technology development path and implement programs on the urgent need to develop a new type of space for the fuel cell power system to meet the needs of some of our new spacecraft energy system.In this paper, proton exchange membrane fuel cell power applied to the field of spacecraft this special occasion, for its control requirements, combined with domestic and foreign research results to date, designed the space for aerospace applications, advanced fuel cell power systems,and their respective sub-units such as hybrid power systems, fuel supply systems, temperature control systems, water management systems were introduced, control strategies and algorithms presented a more complete space for advanced fuel cell power supply control system. And on this basis to build a set of TMS320F2812 as the master chip for advanced fuel cell power space hardware test platform to complete each unit module hardware design. Finally, advanced fuel cell power systems control the space research strategy and prospects.
