Space Micro-D conector is in line with the American standard MIL-DTL-3513 F rectangular lectrical connector or a national military standard GJB2446A-2011 standard electrical connector. In recent years, the aerospace products weight loss, integrates cyborg product background, single satellite and cable networks such as XX-12, XX-4, started using micro-rectangular electrical connector on a component, the subsequent aerospace products on micro-applications will be more and more rectangular electrical connector. However, for welding glass pitch micro only 1.27 mm of welded rectangular electrical connector, traditional hand-welding process efficiency and quality is hard to meet the demand. Laser soldering heat is concentrated, the advantages of contactless and ease of automation integration, so the use of laser soldering technology to solve micro-welding of rectangular electrical connector for Aerospace issues.Which make the article content: improves the laser welding equipment, laser positioning accuracy and quality enhanced; of output power and time effects on solder temperature. Results show that the burst laser soldering prone to solder paste and solder temperature is too high; based on actual application needs with a satellite, laser welding of micro connectors, electrical, rectangular, and performance testing. Determine the process parameters and process flow. Results show that the laser soldering can be used for space with micro-welding of rectangular electrical connector and solder joint reliability, high strength and good consistency.
