| The hydro-pneumatic suspension system hold the spring unit and shock absorber together.Compared with traditional passive suspension it has linear feature and non-linear stiffness.Then the hydro-pneumatic suspension has been widely used in engineering vehicles. The hydro-pneumatic suspension used in all terrain crane and make all-terrain cranes more smooth and comfortable during travel.The hydro-pneumatic suspension system’s translation medium is oil. When the All-terrain cranes is in the process of moving, hydraulic oil flow among suspension cylinders, accumulators, motors, valves, pipeline.The form of the energy loss is pressure loss and pressure loss along the way.The loss is converted into heat and it make hydro-pneumatic suspension have a high temperature. The temperature increase has serious damage on the hydro-pneumatic suspension.It will affect the life and efficiency of hydro-pneumatic suspension.Then the study of the hydro-pneumatic suspension thermal equilibrium is very necessary.This paper takes one All-Terrain Crane as an example to establishes the mathematical model of heating and radiating. Use the MATLAB powerful computing capabilities to analysis the temperature of hydro-pneumatic suspension system. Then to study the temperature change of hydro-pneumatic suspension system in different road conditions and ambient temperature conditions. The study found that the ambient temperature and the road conditions have different effects on the heat balance of the hydraulic system.The analysis of the temperature in this paper have provided analysis model and design theory of the hydro-pneumatic suspension system. Put forward a cooling program to improve the efficiency and life of hydro-pneumatic suspension system. |
