Because of the increasing scarcity of global energy and environmental pollution problems caused by conventional power method, Chinese government has taken the development of wind power as an important part in the new energy strategy, and has given strongly support to the development, the prospect of Chinese wind power industry is broad. And some areas in our country own cold wind, the winter time is longer and there lack of traditional energy resource, so exist some problems about heating, affected the residents’ production and life seriously, restricted the development of these areas. These areas have the characteristic that there has heavy wind and small-scale wind power plant. It based on off-grid wind power system and built efficient energy conversion system to change rich wind resources into heating energy in need. In these areas to control the entire wind power storage heating system reasonably will be an effective means to solve the heating problems.Wind power storage heating systems can not only meet the needs of heating, but also reduce the use of fossil resource. It can promote the optimal allocation of energy structure, and can solve the environmental pollution that caused by coal-fired heating effectively. It can improve the air quality, reduce the phenomenon of haze and acid rain, it is a measures that serve multiple purposes.The main structure of wind power storage heating system was introduced by this paper, and the part of the wind power and the storage heating were analyzed. The mathematical model of doubly-fed induction motor and dual PWM converter were analyzed in the part of wind power. At the same time, the operating mechanism and control strategy of off-grid wind power system were researched by it. Based on the wind power control technology, the MPPT control strategy for wind power storage heating systems was put forward, and the simulation experiment was done under different wind speeds, simulation results show the feasibility of the system structure and control method, the control strategy has fast response and shortens the maximum power tracking elapsed time effectively. The operating principles and working parameters were researched in the part of storage heating, and the selection principles of electric heating equipment and heat storage device were put forward. Then the design and development of monitoring software was completed by kingview software.
