Real-time substructure experiment is an important means of inspection to structure related velocity or actual performance of device, whose feature of real-time put forward higher requirements for testing load control. Adaptive control is mainly used in when parameters are unsure and uncertain external load input. Essentially, equivalent force control is a method that use theory of feedback control instead math iterative in order to achieve the purpose of the iterative process of avoiding complex and time-consuming. The article combines the model reference adaptive control with equivalent force control meanwhile use numerical simulation to calculate linear elastic and damping specimen in real-time substructure conditions. The research of thesis includes:Firstly, the control method of combining MRAC and EFC is applied into test control system is sdudied.Secondly, the numerical model of servo-hyaulic system is developed for the case of linear elastic physical substructures when the control system is adopted simplified model of the second order. Numerical simulations of RST with the control method of combination MRAC with EFC is carried, so do the PID control methods. Meanwhile by contrast with what the PD control methods have been validated, the results show that the control method of combining MRAC and EFC is feasible and has good control effect. Loading control systems about the method of combination MRAC with EFC is applied into RST is designed when the experiment substructure is adopted as linear elastic specimen. The control method of combination MRAC with EFC and PID control method are applied into the numerical simulation of RST. The results show that the control accuracy and suitability of the control method about combination MRAC with EFC are better than that of the PID control method.Thirdly, loading control systems about the method of combination MRAC with EFC is applied into RST is designed when the experiment substructure is adopted as nonlinear elastic specimen. The control method of combining MRAC with EFC and PD control method are applied into the numerical simulation of RST. The simulation results also show that the control accuracy and suitability.
