With the rapid development of economy, the increase of traffic demand, traffic flow is increasing, the contradiction between the road capacity and the transportation demand deterioration. In some traffic busy section, appeared on ramp queue phenomenon. But the basic construction of road speed far less than the rate of growth in the number of motor vehicles, traffic management level lags behind the traffic demand, traffic congestion is present in the city management is very difficult to solve the problems encountered.Interleaving region in the road, because of the possibility of frequent vehicle lane changing behavior, between the entrance ramp and exit ramp distance. Have a great impact on the traffic capacity of weaving area is interwoven in behavior, traffic congestion, can make the capacity of a serious decline. The most commonly used control methods is the ramp control, can effectively alleviate traffic congestion. However, in view of the previous research on traffic capacity, traffic management strategies can not be directly used for the design and optimization of the model parameters in the system, and on ramp control current and not to affect the interleaving behavior on the capacity factor to consider.In Harbin Street Railway as an example, the factors which influence the ramp control effect were analyzed by using VISSIM software. Discussion on ramp traffic quantity, the main traffic vehicle number, free flow traffic speed, interweaving of short length, and lane(Lane) and other factors impact on ramp control.This study compared three kinds of scene simulation of traffic conditions: no control, adaptive control, scene scene control predictive control algorithm based on dynamic NARMAX approximation. The simulation results show that, the scene without control, adaptive control, algorithm control result contrast scene prediction NARMAX control based on dynamic approximation shows, for the larger traffic flow, prone to traffic roads, predictive NARMAX control algorithm to control the dynamic approximation can alleviate traffic congestion based on, can effectively reduce the traffic throat area traffic flow load a big impact; reference capacity sensitivity, based on ramp interweaving of real-time traffic conditions on the capacity evaluation, and in combination with the ramp optimization algorithm, so that the overall area and road ramp interleaving optimal operation effect.
