One dimensional stable platform provides a stable reference plane for the inertial measurement unit in the process of rocket simple guidance mechanism, mainly realizes the isolation of the rotation of the rocket body. One-dimensional steady platform control system combines data acquisition and signal processing, mechanical dynamics modeling and simulation, motor drive and control theory and many other kinds of technology. It is the combination of multi disciplines to the electromechanical integration technology, control mainly. In this paper a simple guided rocket miniaturization and low cost characteristics, designing one dimensional steady platform control system driving device with permanent-magnet synchronous motor as the emphasis on software and hardware, control strategy and control system of one dimensional stable platform implementation are studied.This paper introduced the related technology of guided rocket development at home and abroad and stable platform control system including the development of control theory, the research status of application of permanent magnet synchronous motor and the application of DSP. This paper introduced the mathematical modeling of the one-dimensional stable platform control system, which provided the theoretical basis for the research on simulation. Response to the accuracy and stability presented by the rocket guidance for one-dimensional stable platform control system, this paper put forward PID control algorithm and fuzzy control algorithm. Combining the theory study of Simulation of permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control with the design of the position loop, the corresponding speed loop and current loop controller, the simulation results showed that the one-dimensional stable platform had good performance in position response and the location tracking, which provided a basis for the later experimental verification. This paper has designed the hardware circuit of the control system and the driving system of the one-dimensional stable platform based on TM320F2812 chip. This paper has also designed the software system of permanent magnet synchronous motor driver and the corresponding position, speed and current close loop controller based on the CCS development environment. Combining with the hardware circuit and software program, the one-dimensional stable platform control system has good performance by the collection and analysis of experimental data.
