Ultrasonic technology has been widely used in industry. agriculture, military, health and other field, is and its core technology is the electro acoustic transducer. In order to satisfy the requirement of the sound field radiation source in all kind ultrasonic technology. the study of this domain hecomes rapidIt has a higher quality requirement of ultrasonic sound field with the development of ultrasonic testing. From the simplest linear array sensor array to convex array, array and phased array type and so on have been rapid development. Based on Huygens principle of ultrasonic phased array technology, each array element of the array transducer is excited by excitation signal according to certain rules and sequence to adjust ultrasound scanning beam shape, focal position and beam scanning deflection angle. Currently most of the article focus area is linear and scanning surface is plane of the line array, for applications involving spatial need special cylindrical scanning acoustic field. This paper propose a column line array ultrasonic transducer that meet the spatial distribution of the stereo field, and research is divided into the following several aspects:(1)Theoretical study the parameters, the basic composition and diagnostic instrument resolution evaluation criterion of the ultrasonic transducer array. Discussing the theory basis of design new type of transducer array and processing methods of various ultrasonic array beams. Propose a new linear array transducer composition: compose columnar array transducer based on the linear array elements.(2) Through simulation experiments, study the influence of changing the parameters of the line array, spacing, the number of primitives parameters on the new design, study the limit conditions of sidelobes. Studies have shown that:when the number of array elements increase, the main lobe width decreases; the length and width of line array element have certain impact on the directivity of the array, when the length and width of arrays are greater, the main lobe width of line array directivity is smaller. while the gate valve is greater, the number of gate valve increases; when the array width remains unchanged, array element length is larger while the linear array has better directivity. (3)In this paper, propose a columnar array transducer which focus area is a circle, meanwhile found that the shape of the array element has certain influence on the directivity of cylindrical transducer array; the focusing ring of columnar transducer can change directivity through incentive delay control...
