The overall mechanical performance of Multi span prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge is good, and the rigidity is big, vertical displacement is small, the comfortableness of driving is strong, overload capacity is large. But with the increasing of span and across number, the structure stress and deformation will increase with the increase of girder cantilever length and the change of system transformation and change in the process of construction. And the order of the system transformation have great effect on the stress and deformatio of construction stage and using stage of Multi span prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge. the best closure plan can optimize the stress and deformation of construction stage and using stage.in this paper, a six span continuous rigid frame bridge is as the engineering background to study the multi-span continuous rigid frame bridge closure scheme and jacking force. using the finite element software Dr Bridge bridge to set up the construction simulation model, the construction stage under a variety of closure order of is calculated. the jacking force of different closure order is determined. Through the analysis and compare of deformation and internal force under different closure scheme, the best closure plan is determined.on this basis, the closure segments the construction process of closure segments and jacking force is introduced. The main research of this paper is as follows:â‘ Collecting and collating many data, mechanical characteristics and the closure technology status for the multi-span continuous rigid frame bridge is summarized. common disease closure is introduced, the procedures of the final closure of the multi-span continuous rigid frame bridge is introduced, the characteristics of the closure schemes and the main influencing factors are summarized;â‘¡four closure schemes are given for a six span continuous rigid frame bridge, the finite element model is established in a the combination with the engineering practice, the linear and internal force of the construction is calculated; to establish of linear and internal force to the construction of the final closure schemes to calculateâ‘¢The determination of jacking force in closure construction is given;â‘£Through the analysis and compare of deformation and internal force under different closure scheme, the best closure plan is determinedThe final closure plan identified by this article can ensure the reasonable of the stress and deformation under the construction and use stage, play an advisory role for this bridge, and can be referenced for similar bridges.
