With the development of the modern industrial technology, general motors can’t meet the requirements of technical development in the work needing to satisfy the high precision, high speed, complex motion trai.so the magnetic levitation technology obtains more and more attention.Magnetic levitation induction motor is a new type of motor,which has the advantages of no mechanical friction, no pollution,compact structure,no lubrication, small volume, convenient control and long life, etc., and it can be applied to all kinds of special environment, such as high speed and ultra-high speed, vacuum,transportation, chemical industry, life sciences, energy and other fields has important scientific significance and broad application prospects.In the fields of aerospace industry,transportation, chemical industry, life sciences, energy etc.,Magnetic levitation induction motor shows important significance in science and broad application prospects. Power drive control system aiming at driving the motor is mainly composed of power drive circuit and control circuit,which has good reliability, intelligent and strong digitization.It can handle fastly and effectively the feedback information,realize the effective protection of the circuit and meet the need of the stable suspension running of motor.Main work content is as follows:Firstly,this paper analyzes the working principle of magnetic induction motor,introduces the coordinate transformation that it will be helpful for further building model and control.Then,in order to testify feasibility of the whole system and build system,the paper builds the rotation and suspension mathematic model of the magnetic induction motor.Finally the paper shows how to use the hardware and software system to realize rotation and suspension of motor.Secondly,according to the demands of stable suspension running of the motor,this paper designs the power drive circuit composed by rectifier circuit, filter circuit and inverter circuit with intelligent power module IPM as the core,which provides the required current for motor stator winding.Meanwhile,in order to ensure efficiency and reliable operation of IPM, the paper designed auxiliary circuit of the whole system,namely signal isolation circuit and surge circuits.Then,the main purpose is to design control system providing control information such as PWM signal for power driving circuit.The system is divided into hardware design and software design.The hardware design mainly includes DSP, A/D conversion circuit, etc.;Software design includes the design of the fault protection interrupt subroutine,period interrupt subroutine, SPWM waveform output subroutine of DSP,and the design of capture interrupt subroutine.In order to improve the performance of the power drive control system, this paper also designs auxiliary circuit of the whole system. Finally,the design of the power drive control system of the magnetic induction motor is tested by means of simulation. This paper conducts simulations using Proteus from the perspective of hardware circuit and Matlab/simulink from the perspective of control,which prove the feasibility of power drive control system.
