With high Photoelectric efficiency and low cost, the dye-sensitized solarcells(DSSC) have attracted considerable attention in scientific research and forpractical application. This kind of solar cell is considered to be one of the mostPromising cells in the future for its advantages.Traditional dye-sensitized solar cell use a conductive glass as an electricallyconductive substrate, there exits disadvantages like big quality, fragileness,inconvenient to transport, being bent difficultly, and monotonous shape.In order toadapt to the needs of the times,flexible dye-sensitized solar cell become the focus ofthe researchers. The researchers usually used PEN-ITO, and PET-ITO as conductivesubstrate material of solar cell, but the highest environment temperature the substratecan bear is only150°C due to poor temperature endurance.In recent years,manyways are developed to make TiO2thin film at low temperature,but the efficiency ofthe dye-sensitized solar cell made by these methods is actually not high. To solve thisproblem, we propose a new concept, the PEN-ITO and PET-ITO substrate withconventional classic preparation method, scratch TiO2Films Prepared by infraredlight irradiation-substrate cooling method of TiO2high temperature annealingtreatment, we hope that we can make flexible dye-sensitized solar cells of highefficiency, but we failed.Having compared the characteristics of different sollar cells made by annealingmethod of infrared irradiation and of Muffle furnace, we found that the performanceof the former is slightly better, with short annealing time and low cost, it’s good forcontinuous rapid production of dye-sensitized solar cells in the future.We use Ti plate as the photo-anode substrate, anneal TiO2film by Infraredirradiation method,and use PEN-ITO/Pt as battery electrode, thus we make flexibledye-sensitized solar cells. And then we optimize the battery so that the sunlight canincident from counter electrode. Thus we can test the photoelectric characteristics ofthe sollar cell.Inorganic CuInS2quantum dots instead of the dye to produced quantum dotssensitized solar cells(QDSCs). CuInS2QDs was prepared by different sensitized methods, and we explored the influence of these deposition methods on theperformance of CuInS2QDSCs.
