Yantai, as the only international wine city in Asia, bohai economic circle of northeast Asiainternational harbor city, commercial city, tourist city, the core area of shandong peninsula blueeconomic zone construction, is one of the first batch of14coastal open cities in China. Itsgeographical position is superior, and the social economic is developed. However, yantai is one ofwater-scarcecitiesinChina.Averageannualwatervolumeis480.3m3,only18%ofthenationalpercapita. In recent years, the social economy of yantai city has developed rapidly, and water demandalsohasincreaseddramatically.Sothemagnitudeofthewaterresourcesdevelopmentandutilizationarealsoincreasing.Thisinducedseriousenvironmentalnegativeeffectstosomeextent,damagedthelocal ecological environment, and restricted the social economy sustainable development of yantaicity.Therefore,researchingtheefficientsustainableutilizationandraisngtheutilizationratioofwaterresources have important practical significance. In this paper, based on the analysis of the presentsituation of water resources development and utilization in yantai city, forecasts the balance supplyanddemandtrendsyantaicitywaterresources,makecomprehensiveanalysisaboutthedevelopmentand utilization environmental effect of yantai city water resources, evaluate and partition yantaiirrigated agriculture. Combined with the advanced engineering technology, agricultural technologyandmanagementconcept,adheretotheoverallplanningandadjustmeasurestolocalconditions,westudy the efficient use pattern of yantai water, providing the theory basis for the efficient sustainableutilizationofwaterresourcesinyantaicity.Concretestudycontentasfollows:(1)Based on the investigation and analysis about characters of water resources and naturalgeographyenvironmentinyantai,weforecaststhesupplyanddemandsituationofwaterresourcesinyantai, and make comprehensive evaluation of the supply and demand of water resources in yantaicity, together with the present situation and law of development of the social economy developmentof in yanta. According to the results of analysis and evaluation, under the assurance rate of50%,yantai water resource is completely can satisfy the demand of the social economic environmentdevelopment in2015. But under the assurance rate of75%or95%reliability, water deficit gapsrespectivelyis5.40x108x108m3and23.84m3.(2)Throughfieldinvestigationanddataanalysis,wein-depthstudytheenvironmentbrought by the development and utilization of yantai city water resources.It includs positive effect andnegative effect. The positive effect include construction of ground reservoir, construction ofunderground reservoir, repairing the ecological wetland, construction of sewage treatment system,and so on. The negative effect include funnel effect, seawater intrusion, ground deformation, soilsalinization,pollutionoftheenvironment,andsoon.(3)On the basis of the investigation and analysis about the current situation and existingproblemsofyantaiagriculturalwater,weidentifiedthefivefirst-levelindexmoduleand11secondaryindex.According to the yantai city statistical yearbook2011, we give weights to indexes.And then,combing with the DPS data processing system, we use principal component analysis (pca) andsystem cluster analysis to export pedigree chart. According to the spectrum diagram obtainedevaluation partitions of irrigated agriculture in yantai and map yantai agricultural irrigation zoning.Theresultsshowedthattheyantaiirrigatedagriculturecanbedividedintofiveareas.Thefirstdistrictinclude zhifu, laishan district, high-tech zone, development zone, fushan district; the second districtinclude longkou city,laizhou city, penglai city, zhaoyuan city;the third district include mupingzone,qixiacity;thefourthdistrictincludelaiyangcity,haiyngcity;thefifthincludeChangdaoCounty.(4)On the basis of the above research, we studied three kinds of patterns of water resourcesefficient utilization in yantai. They are the efficient utilization mode of agricultural water, theengineering model of water resources efficient utilization and water resources utilization mode oftypicalwatershed.The first, the efficient utilization mode of agricultural water. According to the results ofagricultural irrigation zoning, the local social economy and agricultural production level. Kindsof irrigation areas, the size of irrigation area and the different water-saving irrigation project, weexplore the implementation of technology supporting system of the agriculture of economizing onwater,and corresponding mode and mechanism of agriculture water management, to realize theefficientuseagriculturalwaterinthestudyarea.Thesecond,theengineeringmodelofwaterresourcesefficientutilization.Itincludsopensourceand water saving. The open source includs the South–North Water Diversion Project, buildingunderground reservoir and rainwater collection project. The water saving project includs theconstructionofWater-savingengineeringandStrengthenmanagementofwaterpollution.The third, water resources utilization mode of typical watershed.We take the Dagujia river as a case. By studying the basin and present situation of water resources in the dagujia rive, we build thesystem of cascade development and conservation project. Using the advanced management system,werealizethereasonabledevelopment and protection ofgroundwaterresources, combining with theconstruction of underground reservoir.We will make united dispatching of surface water andgroundwaterresources,anddoacomprehensiveanalysisaboutthejointschedulingmodelofdagujiariverbasinsurfacewaterandgroundwater.
