As the fast development of the electronic technology, the AC servomotor’s control method also improved step by step, and now it plays an important part in the industry area. The PMSM has the small size, the simple structure, good static and dynamic characteristics and high efficiency, because of this it’s place is can’t be replaced not only in industry control but also in home electric fields.Fist of all,this paper analyzed the PMSM vector-motor is mathematical model and decoupling control technology, for this we can use this motor as if it is a linear system. Considering of all the control methods, we choose the maximum ratio of torque to current control theory, and explain its principle.The maximum torque/current (MTPA,) control method can make the stator current minimum when the motor output torque under certain conditions. This control method can reduce copper consumption, improve efficiency, and more conducive to the inverter to reduce the switching losses. In this control mode the inverter output current is very small, so use a small current of the inverter to meet the control needs, saving the cost of the operation of the systemSecondly analysis of the principle of the space voltage vector’s division, the calculation of time, a detailed description of a simulation model. And works in the MA TLAB/Simulink simulation.I established a hardware circuit for testing the system, the hardware circuit is divided into the main circuit and control circuit of two parts. The main circuit including 220vAC power rectifier, PFC power factor correction voltage and current waveforms, into the inverter module, breaking the six-channel MOS transistor inverter is controlled by the control circuit output; system control circuit to select FPGA-based control system, and NIOSII embedded processor as the core, on in SOPC building tools to add and customize each control module and add modules.We also need the assistance of the software system, the main program and interrupt routines written in NIOSII, the main program to complete the detection of the entire system, and interrupt procedures, including sampling of current and speed calculation part, and the PI regulator control.Finally, we need to test the system, and continued analysis of the overall system performance, describes the inadequacies that exist in the system, laid the foundation for further improvement.
