Research Of Commercial Distribution And Development Model Of Qujiang Zone

On the stage of fast urbanization and developing industrialization, whether the scale of population size or land are constantly growing, construction of new urban district or town have to adapt to the continuous expansion of city size and urban spatial structure optimization. Urban district of commercial space is the the main trend of the development about modern urban commercial space. Urban district of economic development and population growth are prompted to the commercial space structure, and in turn Urban district of commercial space prompt to the changes of urban spatial structure and the space of population consumption. New city commercial space has important influence on the function structure and residents of new city daily life city and will finally have an important impact on commercial space.Xi'an has Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone , Xi'an Economic and Technological Development Zone, Xi'an QuJiang New District, Xi'an Chanba ecological zones, Feng Wei District, the International Port District, Xi'an Yanliang National Aviation Hi-tech Industry Base, Xi'an National Civil Aerospace Industrial base"a Hong Kong base five areas."This paper focuses on the commercial space of Xi'an Qu Jiang New District which established as the leader of the cultural industries.Therefore, based on the understanding of the city commercial space, firstly, I used the method of historical analysis to review and study Xian commercial space and new city construction. Secondly, I use case method to study the population situation of QuJiang area, the formation ,evolution course, orientation and rating scale, layout mode and format combination and traffic organization and space environment of QuJiang's commercial space. So, I find that the characteristics of QuJiang's commercial space are polarization, class sex and hysteresis. Thirdly, I analyze the influence factors of QuJiang's commercial space From the social economy, urban construction, commercial itself, and find that demographic factors, cultural project construction and increasingly perfect road traffic system are the key factors of QuJiang's commercial space. Based on the analysis of the development conditions of QuJiang, this paper puts forward the development mode of QuJiang's commercial space should be changed from a single heart centralized into multipole distributed. Finally, From the community units classification,grade scale control, formats the option and centralized plan layout model considering the establishment,I formulate macroscopically guidance of the development of QuJiang's commercial space and conclude that the multistage dispersed model development conception of QuJiang's commercial space in order to solve the problems and support the future development of QuJiang's commercial space .
