With the modern automobile electronic rapid development and the gradually mature of LED technology, vehicle LED lighting system will replace traditional automotive lighting system. In LED lighting system, vehicle according to the working characteristic of LED, LED drive mechanism with persistence flow, and has high efficiency, high performance and protection function temperature control was needed. At present, the design and research of vehicle constant-current LED array efficient driver had become the popular research in power management system fields.Based on studying LED working principle and the theory of existing LED driver and combined with the application of LED environment, the scheme of efficient vehicle LED array driving was posed. Compared with the existing scheme, this scheme already was not the simple control and drive, but a smart management function,so the high efficiency, high performance was fulfilled. The study is expected to completely change the status quo of driver vehicle LED array, in order to improve the efficiency, reliability and driver for automotive LED array control while driving technology development and provide supporting. It is very important theoretic value and great realistic meaning for the development of driven circuit theory in China and ascense the theoretical level and application level of vehicle LED array driven.The main research jobs of this task are as follows:â—‹1 By the method of theoretical analysis and experimental test, the electrical characteristics, optical properties, thermal properties of LED witn LED array element topological connection structure and the relationship between the optimal driving conditions was researched, realizing the matching of different connecting forms of LED load and the corresponding driving circuit.â—‹2 The key technology needing with the system designing was presented, such as, DC/DC transform technique and load balance technology, provideing the theoretical basis for hardware circuit design.â—‹3 Analysiseing the design requirement of system, and puting forward the design requirement, building hardware platform. Including switching power supply(UC3860) circuit, parallel power all flow circuit(UC3907) and the design of CPU(C8051F040) control circuit.â—‹4 The volt-ampere characteristics of leds and parallel power all flow effects are tested through the experiment and the data was analyzed, so the results is that this system has high current precision and good flow equalize effect, ensureing the reliability of vehicle LED lamps.â—‹5 The advantages and disadvantages of the design system existing in the process of analysis were summarized, and the future development was discussed.
