At the present stage,cantilever construction method is a main method in prestressed concrete continuous bridge constrction,with which mothod the internal force and movement of bridge structure are constantly changing in bridge constrction.To ensure safety constrction and successful closure, regulating the internal force and movement in brige constrction is very important, especially in High-speed railway bridge ,because it is very high for the accuracy requirement .This article takes the research background by Jingshi Passenger Dedicated Railway kua she ji chang road continual beam bridge , carries on the simulation analysis of bridge construction using CSB, MIDAS to built up bar element model and using ANSYS to built up entity element model.This article Analyse the internal force and movement of bridge structure in construction with CSB andMIDAS,and compares with actual construction results.At last ,testing the analysis result with solid model builted by ANSYS .First,the paper introducte the development of high-speed railway and the requirement of high-speed railway for the bridge.Next , the paper present the method of the bridge structural simulation analysis, the development and the necessity of construction control system, and the computing method of construction control for bridge structure.Then present dynamic finite element method used in this paper.Then, in the case of Jingshi high-speed passenger-only guided transport system kua she ji chang road continual beam bridge,the paper present the construction process of bridge,base on which divide finite element of bidge structure ,then makes models of kua sheji chang road continual beam bridge with CSB to analyze stress and strain of each bridge construction stage,draw the result of stress and strain in bridge cantilever construction and analysis the calculated results of CSB procedures.Forth, to make the simulation analysis of bridge construction for the result of stress and strain in each construction stage with MIDAS/Civil, the paper make the model of kua she ji chang road continual beam bridge basee on MIDAS/Civil,then focuses on analyzing the impact on bridge structure of the shrinkage and creep of concrete,temperature and moving load.Fifth,the paper makes a comparison between actual result of bridge construction and analysis result with CSB and MIDAS/Civil, finds the difference of them,then analyses the cause of the difference to provide help for the accuracy of bridge construction simulation analysisFinally, molded of kua she ji chang road continual beam bridge with ANSYS, maken simulation analysis of bridge structure construction process by using the kill units function of ANSYS,the paper tests the result of involvement model with the result of the solid model. |
